We are looking for an operator to join our production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising industrial machinery. Responsibilities include ensuring proper machine operation, performing feeding tasks, adjusting parameters, and conducting quality checks to guarantee that products meet established standards. The candidate will also participate in material and product loading/unloading, ensuring efficiency and safety at all stages. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. Candidates must hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification (FP or CFGM) or Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), plus a minimum of two years’ experience in similar industrial environments. Availability to work rotating shifts—including mornings, afternoons, and nights—is mandatory. This is a temporary position with opportunities for continuity, offering a stable work environment for skill development in the industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of following instructions, and committed to assigned tasks. It is essential that they understand the importance of quality in production and are willing to contribute to team success.
