You will comply with food safety and hygiene regulations while maintaining a pleasant and productive work environment. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparation of menu batches. * Proper control and maintenance of department machinery, materials, tools, etc. * Cleaning of utensils and kitchen areas. * Receiving raw materials and delivery notes. * APPCC recordkeeping. **What do we offer?** * **40-hour weekly contract.** * Salary according to collective catering agreement. * Immediate incorporation.
