Arnó collaborates with major financial institutions and undertakes both public- and private-sector projects; it is also a certified contractor for government projects in Spain. **We are looking for** an **Asphalt Plant Operator Assistant** to support the operation and maintenance of our plant located in **Riudecols (Tarragona)**. **Responsibilities** The selected candidate will assist in asphalt plant operations, perform plant and facility maintenance and cleaning, lubrication, and minor machinery repairs. **Preferred Experience and Knowledge** Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in: * Industrial maintenance and mechanics * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems: operation of gates and pistons. * Power transmission: motors, gear reducers, conveyor belts, and bucket elevators. * Basic electricity: ability to identify faults in electrical panels or sensors. * Front-end loader operation * Excel and delivery note management **Minimum Requirements** * Valid driver’s license. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * Willingness to attend training courses. * Compliance with occupational safety measures. * Compliance with the company’s environmental and quality guidelines. * Responsible, stable, and committed profile. * Organized and meticulous individual at work. **What We Offer?** * Employment with a solid company boasting over 50 years of history. * Professional training and development within the sector. * Full-time indefinite-term contract. * Competitive salary based on experience.
