




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a pharmaceutical laboratory, providing essential support to the commercial network and managing various administrative tasks. Processing inquiries and reports We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a pharmaceutical laboratory located in Alcobendas. The position is temporary, covering a medical leave. Main responsibilities will include physician validation, registration and service management, as well as processing inquiries regarding reports. Additional duties include billing tasks, preparation of sales reports, and expense note management, providing essential support to the commercial network. Working hours will be full-time, Monday to Friday, with two possible shifts: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, offering some flexibility. The salary will be €13.50 gross per hour. * Minimum education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration or related field. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. A skills test will be administered. * Prior experience in administrative tasks (experience in corporate or pharmaceutical environments is desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Immediate availability.
