Electromechanical Technician

Description

The position focuses on comprehensive maintenance of industrial equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical and electronic components. Proficiency in automation systems and PLC-controlled systems—especially Siemens—is required to diagnose and repair faults. Tasks include corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Additionally, the candidate is expected to lead continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring failures and optimize equipment availability. Occasionally, the role will serve as a preventive resource for highly complex tasks, ensuring the highest safety standards. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, supported by an experienced maintenance team. Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a continuous production environment, are highly valued. Working hours are organized into rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience. All necessary tools and resources are provided to perform duties effectively. This role is critical to ensuring production line reliability, emphasizing proactivity and commitment to quality. Higher vocational training in Electricity, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance. Advanced knowledge of control and power electricity, industrial electronics, automation systems, and Siemens PLC programming. Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics. Availability to work rotating shifts.
