A company in Tàrrega is seeking a store manager for a construction materials store. Job Profile: - Proficient spoken Catalan and Spanish - Driving license B - Permanent contract - Working hours: 08.00–13.00 / 15.00–18.00 - Gross salary: EUR 2100 Requirements of the program: - Applicants must be registered at the corresponding Employment Office of the Public Employment Service of Catalonia as unemployed jobseekers, with a minimum registration period of 10 natural days prior to submission of the job offer, and must be eligible to formalize an employment contract. - Applicants must belong to one of the following groups: o Unemployed persons aged 45 years or older. o Unemployed persons aged 30 years or older with long-term unemployment and/or in a situation of vulnerability. (*) Long-term unemployed is defined as a jobseeker who has been unemployed for a minimum of 12 months, consecutively or not, within the last 18 months preceding the employment contract subject to this application. o Unemployed women aged 30 years or older who are not receiving unemployment benefits and/or are in a situation of vulnerability. Selection was conducted according to the eligibility criteria of the subsidy program for hiring workers in situations of greater vulnerability (RESOLUCIÓ EMT/3278/2025) Store manager and warehouse management Advise and assist customers; manage budgets and orders Process payments via POS terminal and register sales in the management system; maintain orderly premises; monitor stock levels and perform restocking Collaborate with the warehouse as needed * 12 months of experience required. Prior experience in a similar role preferred * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary: EUR 2000 * Additional relevant information: Working hours: 08.00–13.00 / 15.00–18.00
