We seek a Senior Functional Analyst for Power Platform with solid experience in corporate environments and comprehensive understanding of the low-code solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading functional analysis, solution design, governance, and best practices, as well as guiding team makers and coordinating with Systems and Security to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance. Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and structure requirements; define scope, processes, business rules, and acceptance criteria. * Design end-to-end solutions: apps, flows, data models, integrations, and licensing-based alternatives. * Define and maintain team standards: naming conventions, patterns, reuse, documentation, and version control. * Ensure robust ALM: Solutions, environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), deployments, and change control. * Define and validate Dataverse data models and their security (roles, permissions, DLP). * Lead UAT with end users, ensuring traceability between requirements, tests, and deliverables. * Oversee technical quality: performance, delegation, flow robustness, monitoring, and operations. * Mentor junior profiles and makers, reviewing deliverables and ensuring adherence to best practices. Requirements * +3 years in digital solution analysis/design, with demonstrable Power Platform experience. Mandatory * Power Apps (Canvas): Advanced (components, patterns, performance, accessibility, delegation). * Power Fx: Advanced (collections, variables, error handling, optimization). * Power Automate (Cloud): Advanced (orchestration, approvals, retries, concurrency, failure handling). * ALM / Solutions: Advanced (managed/unmanaged, environment variables, connection references, deployments). * Dataverse: Intermediate/Advanced (data modeling, relationships, security, performance impact). * Security and Governance: Intermediate/Advanced (DLP, roles, licenses, auditing). * Integrations: Intermediate (connectors, HTTP/JSON, APIs). * Documentation and UAT: Advanced (templates, traceability, guides, evidence).
