At Fundació Aspros, we are seeking Educational Technical Assistants (ETAs) to reinforce our teams during the summer campaign across various residences and group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We offer summer incorporations with **real possibilities of continuity**, depending on service needs. A **Class B driver's license is mandatory**, as some of our centers are located outside the urban area and autonomous access is required. Additionally, in certain services, it will also be necessary to use the organization’s vehicles during working hours. * Support individuals served in daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, dressing, and personal habits). * Accompany individuals during daily travel and activities. * Promote personal and social autonomy, as well as community participation. * Participate in educational, care, and leisure activities. * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in monitoring individual support plans. * Ensure the well-being, safety, and rights of individuals served. * Use the organization’s vehicles when required by the service to carry out travel. * Actively participate in teamwork and report relevant incidents. * 1 year of experience. Experience in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities or in the sociosanitary field will be valued. This is not a mandatory requirement; applications demonstrating relevant training and motivation to develop within the position will also be considered. * Technician in Care for Dependent Persons (TAPSD) * Technician in Nursing Auxiliary Care (TCAE) * Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / knowledge: Class B driver's license mandatory. Experience in the field of intellectual disability will be valued. * Vehicle availability: car * Driving license: b * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '650' to '1745' * Additional information of interest: Most vacancies aim to cover summer holidays of professional teams and other temporary service needs, such as substitutions or incidents arising during this period. For this reason, we offer various shifts and schedules (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends), adapted to each service’s requirements. Incorporations will take place across different residences and group homes of Fundació Aspros, located in Lleida and its surrounding area. We provide initial training and support during incorporation. Remuneration will be adjusted according to the contracted working hours, with vacancies available ranging from 430 annual hours up to full-time (1.720 annual hours), in accordance with the current collective agreement. Possession of a Class B driver’s license is mandatory both to travel to various work centers and because, in certain services, using the organization’s vehicles during working hours will be required. The summer campaign also represents an opportunity to join Fundació Aspros. Individuals who join and demonstrate good adaptation to the workplace may be considered for new employment opportunities upon completion of the summer period, depending on the needs of various services.
