Currently, our group consists of nearly 200 people working every day to build a fairer, more inclusive and equal society. **Our mission** We contribute to the real inclusion of people with disabilities through training, employment, and social innovation. The HR Technician will be key to this mission, as their main responsibility will be providing talent for CEE services, facilitating both direct hiring and the labor empowerment pathways we offer at the NGO. **Main Responsibilities** Identify, attract, and select inclusive talent to meet the needs of CEE services. Contact and coordinate with job pools for people with disabilities across the Valencian Community. Design and implement adapted selection processes, highlighting each person's capabilities and potential. Support individuals who cannot initially join the CEE directly by facilitating their participation in labor empowerment programs and skill development. Monitor and evaluate progressive integration processes into the labor market. Promote an inclusive culture, equal opportunities, and continuous improvement in people management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from the three entities of the social group to identify talent needs and design innovative solutions. **Candidate Profile** Disability certificate of 33% or higher. Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields. Knowledge of job pools for people with disabilities in the Valencian Community. Previous experience in personnel selection, labor intermediation, or socio-labor inclusion projects is desirable. Key competencies: people orientation, empathy, organizational skills, inclusive communication, networking, and focus on social outcomes. Proficiency with digital tools for people management (desirable). **Profile:** **Requirements – Hard Skills (technical competencies)** Academic background in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or similar. Knowledge of the regulatory framework related to protected employment, socio-labor inclusion, and disability in the Valencian Community. Experience (at least 1 year recommended) in selection processes, labor intermediation, or people management. Familiarity with selection tools: job portals, candidate databases, job pools for people with disabilities. Knowledge of training and vocational guidance programs aimed at people with functional diversity. Digital competence: intermediate level in Office 365, HR database management, videoconferencing, and online selection platforms. Languages: Spanish and Valencian (desirable, especially for coordination with public services). **Requirements – Soft Skills (transversal competencies)** Empathy and people orientation: ability to understand individual needs and enhance each candidate's capabilities. Inclusive and assertive communication: ability to convey information respectfully, clearly, and with a positive approach.
