




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive administrative receptionist to manage correspondence, customer service, executives' schedules, reports, documentation, and public administrative procedures. Preparation of reports and administrative procedures We require an administrative receptionist for a position in Paterna. Main responsibilities will include managing all correspondence—both physical and electronic—ensuring its proper classification and distribution. Customer service is fundamental: responding to inquiries and resolving questions to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, the candidate will manage executives’ schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments. The candidate will prepare and draft reports and administrative documents, gathering relevant data for management. They will also handle document management—including registration, classification, and archiving—and process documents with public authorities, meeting all deadlines. Temporary contract, full-time (8 hours daily), Monday to Friday, split shift, with flexible working hours between 08:00 and 18:00. * Minimum one year’s experience in similar positions. * We seek a person with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. * A vehicle is required for commuting. * Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
