We are seeking a person with customer service experience and basic technical knowledge of automobiles, capable of providing professional and friendly service. Customer service at the workshop reception (in person, by phone, and email). Opening and tracking repair orders. Coordination with the workshop manager and technicians for work scheduling. Explaining estimates and repairs to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction. Monitoring repair deadlines and vehicle deliveries. Handling incidents, warranties, and complaints. Promoting additional services and after-sales campaigns. * 2 years of experience. Previous experience as a service advisor, workshop receptionist, or similar role will be valued. * Vehicle availability required * Indefinite employment contract * Full-time
