**Description:** ---------------- A textile company located in La Selva del Camp is seeking to hire an operator to support weaving machines. Carry out both production and quality controls for each manufacturing order. Ensure the quality of the final product. Ensure the proper functioning of the looms. Ensure the supply of raw materials to the looms, weft threads, folders, spools, ... Keep the work area clean and organized. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday on rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, night, and/or split shifts. Requirements: * Candidate must have experience in production areas, minimum 1 year, with textile sector experience being highly valued. * Autonomous, proactive, problem-solving individual who values order and quality. * Manual dexterity, patience, and interest in hands-on tasks.
