The company develops building projects of various types — from single-family homes and small residential developments to corporate offices — combining technical office work with on-site supervision and execution monitoring of construction works. **Main Responsibilities** * Technical supervision and monitoring of construction execution. * Taking measurements, issuing certifications, and cost control. * Preparation and review of budgets. * Quality control of executed works. * Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Preparation and management of technical documentation. * Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and design management. * Monitoring of permits and administrative procedures when required. * Simultaneous coordination of multiple projects at different stages. * Leadership and coordination of small technical and construction teams. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Authorization to sign official documents. * 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Course for Construction. * Proven experience in construction execution and control of building projects. * Experience in technical office work and site supervision. * Knowledge of measurement, budgeting, and quality control. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and measurement/budgeting tools. * Strong organizational skills and orientation toward resolving incidents. * Leadership capability and potential for professional growth.
