The company develops residential and corporate building construction projects, including single-family homes, small-scale developments, and corporate offices, offering a unique opportunity for experienced professionals seeking to join a forward-looking business initiative. **Main Responsibilities** * Execution management of construction works and technical coordination of projects. * Economic supervision and control of construction works. * Leadership and technical coordination of the firm’s technical department. * Organization, supervision, and leadership of the technical team (6\-7 members). * Technical validation of projects and construction works. * Document management and administrative follow-up of projects. * Direct liaison with clients, collaborators, and supervising architects. * Quality supervision and adherence to project deadlines. * Active participation in the firm's strategy and growth. * Development and consolidation of professional relationships and business opportunities. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. * Authorization to sign official documents. * 60-hour Construction Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) course. * Proven experience in execution management and project management for building construction. * Experience leading technical teams. * Ability to assume responsibilities for leadership and coordination. * Entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and growth orientation. * Prior client portfolio or previous experience managing a professional firm is highly desirable. * Interest in joining a long-term project offering genuine professional development opportunities.
