Ros Roca S.A., a company belonging to the Terberg Environmental Holding BV Group, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of Waste Collection Equipment, due to the need to strengthen the Supply Chain team, we are seeking to fill the following position: ### **Senior Buyer** **Responsibilities** * Establish framework agreements with key suppliers. * Identify cost-saving opportunities. * Prepare documentation packages for tenders in major categories. * Participate in the development and implementation of company standards, particularly in Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, and Energy Efficiency. **️What will you do in this role?** * Supplier management: maintain and optimize the current supplier portfolio, identify alternatives, ensure they meet business needs, and participate in supplier evaluation processes. * Negotiation: collaborate in developing negotiation strategies and achieving savings through supplier changes or improved conditions. * Support to production and quality: ensure material supply, support continuous improvement programs, and actively participate in the approval processes for new components. * Document management and tenders: prepare required documentation, analyze price comparisons, and act as a liaison between RR and suppliers. * Planning and strategic analysis: participate in the preparation of the annual budget and keep the category roadmap updated. **What are we looking for?** * University degree: preferably in Engineering or similar. * Previous experience of 3\-5 years as a buyer (preferably in industrial \- automotive sectors). * English at negotiation level. * Proficiency in office software (Office Suite), especially Word and Excel. * Knowledge of Dynamics is a plus.
