Control and update prices and supplier database. **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting a **Purchasing Administrator** for a major industrial company located in **La Selva del Camp**. The selected candidate will work in direct contact with production, logistics, and supplier departments, and will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement process management. We seek an agile, organized, detail-oriented individual with strong numerical aptitude and capacity for rapid learning. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and tracking orders placed with suppliers. * Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely and proper supply. * Managing and resolving incidents with suppliers. * Controlling and updating purchase prices and supplier database. * Monitoring stock levels and procurement needs. * Managing procurement-related documentation. * Supporting procurement planning based on production forecasts. Offer: * 6-month temporary contract through an ETT (initial duration), with potential permanent incorporation depending on performance. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 with flexible start time, and Friday, 08:00–15:00\. * Annual salary between 18,000 and 21,000\. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration or equivalent. * Prior experience in procurement or supply management. * ERP experience preferred, especially Oracle. * Proficiency in office software (particularly Excel). * English language skills are desirable (not mandatory).
