To strengthen our administrative team, we are seeking an Administrative Staff member for our store in Lleida, with organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a stable and continuously evolving company. Main responsibilities * Review information on delivery notes and purchase order invoices. * Manage incidents with the managers of each center. * Enter purchase invoices into the management software. * Answer phone calls and perform filing tasks. * Provide support to the accounting and finance department. Requirements * University degree or Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar field preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). * Methodical, organized person with attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for task management. Conditions and benefits * Permanent contract. * Flexible compensation: voluntary enrollment in the Flexible Compensation Plan (medical insurance). * Stable working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:15 and from 15:00 to 18:00; Friday full day from 8:00 to 15:00.
