We are a company focused on conveyor belts and their components, which are our flagship products. Responsibilities: \- Manage shipments (tracking, claims) \- Manage Work Orders \- Provide customer and internal staff support \- Handle delivery notes \- Perform administrative logistics tasks (liaise with carriers, prepare shipping documentation, resolve transportation issues) Requirements: \- Vocational training in Administration \- 2 years of experience in similar roles We offer: \- Permanent contract \- Full-time from Monday to Friday \- Working hours: 08:00 \- 13:30 and 15:30 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday; intensive Friday schedule from 08:00 to 15:00 Apply now to get to know us better!
