Previous experience in logistics administration or supply chain We are looking for a person to provide full administrative logistics support for a project in Valls, requiring a high workload and full dedication. This position is essential to ensure the flow of information and materials among suppliers, the company, and the client, thereby guaranteeing supply chain efficiency. Daily tasks will be conducted entirely in English due to the international client base. Responsibilities include reviewing shipments, planning and tracking customer requirements, managing communications with the client, and coordinating with suppliers. The role also involves overseeing all logistical and administrative documentation related to the project, supervising the entire process from supplier to client, and resolving issues. Work will be conducted 100% onsite in the office. This is a temporary contract until the end of May 2026, with the possibility of extension subject to project progress. Previous experience in logistics administration, supply chain, or industrial customer service is required, as well as fluent spoken and written English. It is important to be an organized individual with strong planning skills and a holistic perspective. Proficiency in office software tools and experience in the automotive sector or industrial environments will be valued.
