The selected person will combine administrative management and customer service tasks with responsibility for center operations and occasional warehouse support. Main Responsibilities * Administrative Management: Invoicing, rental contract management, and collections control via the ERP system Prologic. * Customer Service: In-person and telephone reception, basic technical advice on machinery, and resolution of incidents. * Center Responsibility: Supervision of opening/closing procedures, stock control, and overall delegation coordination. * Logistics Control: Management of machinery incoming and outgoing movements, yard/warehouse organization, and monitoring of basic maintenance status. * Logistics Operations: Occasional assistance with loading/unloading small parcels and organization of the delivery area. Candidate Profile * Prior administrative experience, preferably in the industrial, construction, or machinery rental sector. * Self-management ability and proactivity (a “supervisor” profile). * Digital Skills: Proficiency with ERP tools (familiarity with any ERP system is a plus, though not mandatory if strong learning capacity exists). * Personal Competencies: Customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and willingness to perform occasional physical tasks. * Valid Driver’s License Class B.
