




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Administrator for our administration department to carry out billing tasks and financial support. Key Highlights: 1. Joining a solid company 2. Support to the finance department Our company, specialized in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and conveyor belts, is selecting a Billing Administrator for our administration department. What will you do? * Billing: verify that delivery notes meet requirements upon order entry, perform billing, issue invoices, resolve related incidents (credits, customer complaints regarding signed delivery notes, etc.). * Support the finance department with purchase invoice reconciliation, as well as entry and verification of transport invoices. * Telephone support and email management. What do you need? * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Teamwork skills, organizational ability, and commitment. What do we offer? * Joining a solid company. * Split shifts Monday to Thursday until 6:00 PM, and intensive shifts on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Intensive working hours during July and August.
