We are seeking staff to work as a winemaker during the grape harvest campaign at a winery in the Priorat region. Main tasks include emptying, cleaning, and filling barrels, as well as cleaning vats and press houses. You will also be responsible for managing the winery's computer program to record completed tasks and ensure traceability, along with general facility cleaning and wine preparation for bottling, such as filtration and necessary additions. During the grape harvest, responsibilities focus on grape reception, must treatments, bleeding, devatting, and pressing. A degree in Enology or a related field is required, along with at least one year of experience in a similar position and advanced proficiency in computer tools such as Word, Excel, and PDF. Availability to work in the Priorat region and flexible working hours to adapt to production needs—including weekends and extended shifts—are essential. A full-time temporary contract is offered for the duration of the campaign, with a gross hourly wage of 11.19 euros. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:30 and from 15:00 to 17:30; however, during the harvest period, adaptability to schedule changes will be especially valued.
