High-end Asian cuisine restaurant within the Hotel Gran Meliá Don Pepe in Marbella. This new space aims to offer a high-level gastronomic experience, combining Asian tradition, innovation, and exceptional service in a unique seaside setting. Position Objective As Host/Hostess, you will be the first impression of our dining experience. Your mission will be to welcome our guests with courtesy, professionalism, and warmth, managing reservations and ensuring optimal table allocation. You will play a key role in creating an atmosphere of hospitality from the very first moment, perfectly aligned with the elegance and excellence of our culinary concept. Main Responsibilities * Greet and farewell guests with an attentive, elegant, and friendly attitude. * Manage reservations, cancellations, and waiting lists through digital systems (CoverManager or others). * Organize table assignments and control customer flow in coordination with the Maître. * Provide clear information about the restaurant, menus, and special events. * Handle phone calls and inquiries, efficiently managing special requests. * Ensure the reception area is always immaculate and consistent with brand standards. * Identify and anticipate customer needs to guarantee a memorable experience. Requirements: \- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in similar roles within premium hospitality or fine dining restaurants. * Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus) * Excellent presence, communication skills, and a strong service orientation. * Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. * Proficiency in digital reservation management tools. * Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
