Fresh products are essential in food stores and for customers; therefore, you will be responsible for delivering the best service for these products, including their theatrical presentation, ensuring customers receive the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the BAKERY section, your core responsibilities will include: * Preparing and baking bread and pastry items. * Handling and caring for products. * Setting up the display counter. * Restocking and arranging products to maintain the section’s visual appeal. * Managing shrinkage control. * Maintaining and promoting products. * Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the section. * Providing personalized customer orientation and advice for their purchases.
