**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 University Graduate \- OHS Support (Lleida or Tarragona) **Workplace** -------------------- * Lleida Possible location in Lleida or Tarragona, with frequent travel between both provinces. **Scope of Activity** ----------------------- * Support in monitoring and control tasks regarding occupational health and safety (OHS) in interventions and construction projects, primarily: **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Will carry out various OHS-related tasks supporting the Prevention Service Manager. * Development and delivery of training activities. * Planning and monitoring of safety plans. * Planning and monitoring of risk assessments. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be justified by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents certifying the information provided in the application, as well as requiring additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Architecture/Technical or Senior Engineering, or a Bachelor’s/Degree/Master’s + Official University Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences (MECES 2 or MECES 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). #### **Additional Training** * Technical Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), with at least the specialization in Workplace Safety. ### **Previous Experience** * At least 6 months of professional experience supporting occupational health and safety (OHS) activities. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license Class B. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 year up to 3 years of professional experience supporting occupational health and safety (OHS) activities. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior professional experience in OHS within construction companies or within Public Sector Agencies (SPA) carrying out construction or forestry works. **Observations** ----------------- * The application period will remain open from today, 08/05/2026, until 18/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring reason, the project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s). The employment category will be formalized based on the highest homologated qualification among those required, as demonstrated by the applicant.
