We are currently seeking a **Senior Analytics Engineer** to join our Data Team at our Lleida facilities. **Your Impact** As a **Senior Analytics Engineer**, you will play a key role in transforming data into strategic decisions that drive the entire organization, leaving your mark on analytical products, pipelines, and dashboards that guide the business’s future. **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day?** * **Evolve our data apps:** Participate in the development and migration of applications from Qlik Sense Enterprise/Power BI to Qlik Sense Cloud, ensuring consistency, functionality, and a seamless user experience. * **Design high-impact data pipelines:** Build and maintain analytical pipelines and models in the gold layer that feed dashboards, BI applications, and AI/ML products, ensuring efficiency, modularity, and quality. Additionally, analyze data to generate actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making. * **Optimize ETL processes with modern frameworks:** Collaborate in migrating existing pipelines to dbt or other frameworks, improving data performance and reliability. * **Ensure data accuracy and trustworthiness:** Monitor pipeline quality through alerts, unit tests, and integration tests, ensuring information is always ready for strategic decisions. * **Turn requirements into analytical solutions:** Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and facilitate data enablement. * **Drive data governance and data-driven culture:** Maintain and expand semantic layers, data dictionaries, and business glossaries, ensuring traceability, security, and regulatory compliance. * **Innovate and continuously improve:** Contribute to enhancing data architecture and working methodologies, advancing the technical maturity and impact of our data team. **What We’re Looking For** * Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles (BI Developer, Data Engineer) with Qlik Sense, Power BI, SQL, and dbt. * Strong expertise in pipelines, data modeling, ETL/ELT, automated testing, and orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster...). * Experience in data analysis, predictive analytics, and experimental design (A/B tests). * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Focus on quality and accuracy, ensuring consistent and reliable data for strategic decisions. * Autonomy, proactivity, and curiosity, adapting to change and exploring new tools and methodologies. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours: Start between 8:00–9:30 AM and end between 5:00–6:30 PM (with one hour for lunch and disconnecting), Friday shortened schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Flexible compensation: meal voucher, transportation voucher, training allowance, and childcare voucher. * Exclusive employee discount club. * Boost your professional development with discounts across our full educational portfolio: courses, vocational training, degrees, and master's programs. * Become part of a growing organization with purpose and strong social impact. **Join our team and turn your expertise into real impact for thousands of students and professionals.**
