Responsibilities * Performing basic masonry work and minor repairs * Painting and finishing tasks * General facilities maintenance * Basic repairs in: * Electrical systems * Plumbing systems * Resolving facility-related incidents * Supporting various maintenance tasks Requirements * Prior experience in a similar role (highly valued) * Basic knowledge of: * Electrical systems * Plumbing systems * Construction * Versatile profile and handy skills * Ability to work autonomously * Responsible, organized individual with a positive attitude * Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications * Experience in comprehensive maintenance * Vocational training in a trade (e.g., electrician, mason, etc.) * Problem-solving ability * Proactivity and initiative Employment Conditions * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Intensive morning shifts, Monday to Friday * Job stability within an established industrial-sector company * Salary: €22,000 – €26,000 gross per year, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Workplace located in Alcover
