You will support key employee lifecycle processes, identify organizational needs, propose solutions, and consistently apply policies and best practices. Your work will strengthen organizational efficiency, contribute to goal achievement, and foster a work environment aligned with our culture and challenges. **What awaits you in your day-to-day:** * **Business and employee partner:** You will be the go-to person for managers and teams, providing strategic advice to identify needs, apply policies, design the organization, and optimize processes.
