Main responsibilities: * Assist and advise existing customers, resolving inquiries and managing requests. * Identify and contact new customers, both residential and business. * Offer the company's products and services and prepare quotes. * Schedule appointments or meetings with potential customers. * Create and maintain an updated database of customers and opportunities. * Collaborate with the sales team and report results periodically. What do you need to bring? * Education: secondary or higher education in commercial or administrative fields. * Experience in customer service or sales (preferably in renewable energy). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Basic knowledge of office tools and CRM systems.
