At iLERNA, we are seeking a **Media Director** to lead a team of 8 professionals within the Marketing department, reporting directly to the organization’s CMO. **Position Mission:** You will be responsible for planning, purchasing, and optimizing advertising space across online and offline media, ensuring efficient investment aligned with iLERNA’s strategic objectives. The goal is to maximize the impact and return on advertising campaigns and contribute to the institution’s growth through an innovative, data-driven media strategy. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Strategic media planning:** Define the comprehensive media strategy (online and offline) aligned with marketing, brand, and sales objectives. * **Campaign planning and execution:** Develop campaign-based or annual media plans, managing budgets, timelines, channels, and formats. * **Buying and negotiating advertising space:** Negotiate terms with media outlets and suppliers, ensuring efficiency in visibility, reach, and cost. * **Campaign optimization and analysis:** Establish KPIs, monitor results, and implement adjustments to maximize performance and ROI. * **Paid Media management:** Lead digital campaigns on search engines, social networks, and programmatic platforms, coordinating with other digital marketing areas. * **Budget management:** Control and allocate the media budget, prioritizing investments based on expected returns. * **Vendor and partner relations:** Select and coordinate key agencies, platforms, and media outlets, exploring new opportunities. * **Team leadership:** Supervise and develop the media team, fostering collaboration and high performance. * **Innovation and trends:** Stay updated on technologies, formats, and consumer behaviors, applying new strategies. * **Reporting to management:** Present clear and actionable reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations. **What we offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible working hours from 8:00-9:30 AM to 5:00-6:30 PM, with intensive Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Flexible compensation: meal voucher, transportation ticket, and childcare allowance. * Challenging project: we are an innovative company experiencing constant growth. * Join a dynamic team with a positive work environment. **And... what do we expect from you?** * More than 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Proficiency in relevant information sources (EGM, Kantar Media, etc.) for optimizing offline media investment. * Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc. * Proficiency in customer relationship tools (CRM). * Proficiency in campaign management tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.). * Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite. **What are you waiting for to join our team? :)**
