Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator for a therapeutic community, responsible for individualized treatment, psychoeducational workshops, and supervision of activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the individualized treatment plan and programming 2. Design, conduct, and evaluate psychoeducational workshops 3. Educate by accompanying and supervising center activities **Position:** SOCIAL EDUCATOR IN A THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY **Profile:** * **Required Qualification:** University degree (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree), preferably in Social Education Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Social Integration * **Requirements:** Experience facilitating group activities, especially with individuals at risk of social exclusion Experience working with people with addictions and/or mental health issues is desirable Valid Type B driving license and personal vehicle * **Professional Competencies Valued:** – Dynamism – Flexibility – Commitment – Teamwork ability – Proactivity **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the individualized treatment plan, programming, and weekly team meetings * Design, conduct, and evaluate psychoeducational workshops * Educate by accompanying and supervising various scheduled activities in the center’s daily life: cleaning, cooking, sports, leisure time * Enforce and ensure users comply with the center’s Internal Regulations * Conduct educational follow-ups, psychoeducational coordinations, and activity coordination * Carry out individual evaluations of users and complete task logs * Daily monitoring of adherence to established group and individual programming **CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS** * **Duration:** Indefinite * **Workplace:** La Febró * **Salary:** According to the applicable collective agreement * **Working Hours:** 38.5 hours per week, on rotating shifts (afternoons \- weekends) Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite contract Schedule: * Flexible hours * Rotating shift Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite contract Salary: €15,000.00\-€20,000.00 per year Education: * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
