Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to support the well-being and autonomy of individuals with intellectual disabilities, assuming therapeutic, coordination, and management responsibilities. A socially impactful project aimed at improving quality of life and inclusion. **Who Are We — Aspamis Foundation?** We operate residential centers dedicated to supporting and caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities. **Our mission** is to safeguard the **well-being of residents**, foster their autonomy, support skill development, and ensure dignity and equal opportunities. **Purpose of the Position** The professional will be responsible for providing **physical and functional support** to center users, working to **prevent complications**, **maintain motor capabilities**, and **promote recovery**. Additionally, they will assume **responsibility functions in the absence of management**, and carry out necessary **coordination and management tasks** to ensure smooth center operations. **Responsibilities** * **Conduct initial physiotherapy assessments** upon admission and update them periodically according to the user’s progress. * **Apply individual or group physiotherapy treatments and techniques** to prevent complications, maintain functional abilities, and promote recovery. * **Identify needs and capabilities**, establish therapeutic goals, and define the treatment plan. * **Supervise swallowing** and collaborate in monitoring nutritional guidelines, coordinating with other professionals. * **Assess and propose adaptations** to the user’s everyday and community environments to maximize autonomy. * **Evaluate the need for technical or orthopedic aids**, and collaborate in their design, adaptation, or appropriate use. * **Prepare and update follow-up reports** and other records, ensuring traceability and quality of care. * **Participate in interdisciplinary meetings** for designing and monitoring Individualized Care Plans (PAI). * **Collaborate with other professionals** to ensure continuity of care and the overall well-being of users. * **Advise and train direct-care staff** on physiotherapy-related protocols. * **Coordinate physical activities and exercises** to maintain users’ motor and sensory functions. * **In the absence of management, assume reference and organizational support functions:** personnel management, incident resolution, family support, and supervision of overall center operations. **Educational and Professional Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. Friday: **08:00–15:35**. * **Weekends:** One Saturday and one Sunday per six weekends, **09:15–13:30 and 16:00–20:30**, with Monday and Tuesday following as days off. * **Start Date:** Immediate.
