Positive work environment and opportunities for growth At SGAB!, we are seeking a chef with experience in Italian cuisine to join a young, solid, and growing gastronomic project based on high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes reinterpreted with an urban twist. Responsibilities: \- Preparation and production of fermented dough (sgabei) \- Frying and finishing products at the time of service \- Preparation of traditional Italian pasta tapas \- Organization of mise en place \- Basic inventory control and cleaning of the workstation \- Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef \- Demonstrable knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine \- Ability to handle high volumes during peak hours \- Organized, responsible, and autonomous individual \- Interest in quality ingredients and well-executed work \- Availability to work weekends \- HACCP training will be valued We Offer: \- Permanent contract \- Positive work environment \- A project with clear identity and growth potential \- A kitchen with defined processes and high-quality ingredients \- Stable and pre-scheduled shifts \- Compensation commensurate with candidate’s experience Position Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,400.00–€1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
