




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Administrator for our administration department, with experience in billing, financial support, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in billing and incident management. 2. Support to finance department and invoice verification. 3. Telephone support and email management. Our company, specialized in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and conveyor belts, is recruiting a Billing Administrator for our administration department. \- Billing: verify that delivery notes meet requirements upon order entry, perform invoicing, send invoices, and resolve related incidents (credits, customer claims regarding signed delivery notes, etc.). \- Support the finance department in purchase invoice reconciliation, as well as in the entry and verification of freight invoices. \- Telephone support and email management. * 3 years of experience performing billing tasks. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (CFGS). * Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency). * Catalan (advanced spoken and written proficiency). * Competencies / Knowledge: Billing, Accounting \- CFGS in Administration. \- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. \- Teamwork, organizational skills, and commitment. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time working hours. * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1583' to '1750'. * Additional relevant information: \- Join a stable company. \- Split working schedule Monday to Thursday until 6:00 PM, and intensive Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. \- Intensive working schedule during July and August.
