From the **Farming** business unit, we are looking for candidates for the position of **R\+D and Large-Scale Cultivation Operations Manager**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Planning the production of experimental hybrids across the entire breeding program and executing it in collaboration with various teams across the company’s different centers (mainly Spain, Turkey and Chile). * Identifying and selecting products for advancement through testing phases, in collaboration with the Product Manager and Commercial Team at advanced levels. * Proposing commercial variety selections for inclusion in the catalog. * Managing and executing the Breeding Program. * Monitoring the portfolio of proprietary products and competitors’ products.
