Opportunity to join a solid and expanding company We are looking for a Sales Representative to represent a leading company in agricultural machinery in Fondarella. If you are passionate about the agricultural sector and enjoy direct customer interaction, this is an opportunity to join a solid and continuously expanding company. Responsibilities will include representing and selling machinery in the assigned area, daily use of CRM and marketing tools to achieve sales targets. You will conduct customer visits to present products and services, manage the existing portfolio, and acquire new potential customers. You will provide personalized advice, negotiate contracts, and manage financing options to facilitate purchases. Equipment demonstrations and post-sale follow-up on performance and customer satisfaction will also be carried out. Additionally, you must stay informed about competitors’ activities and agricultural market trends, reporting this information to management. Working hours will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with split shifts and corresponding statutory breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in sales, commercial activity, and customer service. \* We seek a person capable of conveying trust and approachability to customers. Knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices. Familiarity with John Deere products and their competitors. Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports. Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Valid driver’s license class B for conducting sales visits. \- Proficiency in standard computer applications, internet, and sales tools.
