




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative sales assistant to support the commercial department by administratively managing vehicle sales and ensuring an efficient process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administrative management of vehicle sales. 2. Key support to the commercial department and sales staff. 3. Coordination of vehicle registrations and sales documentation. We seek to incorporate an administrative sales assistant to support the commercial department of an official dealership. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative management related to vehicle sales, ensuring an efficient process. Vehicle Order Management: Entry and tracking of orders in the system (new and used vehicles). Sales Invoicing and Documentation: Preparation of invoices, purchase-sale contracts, delivery notes, and review of all documentation prior to delivery. Registration Processing: Full management of the registration process: collection of required documentation, coordination with external agencies, and follow-up until final registration is completed. Administrative Control: Coordination with the commercial department. Support to sales staff throughout the administrative process, resolution of incidents, and monitoring of operations. Customer Service (Administrative Phase): Verification that all documentation is correct. Document Archiving and Control: Organization and maintenance of physical and digital archives in accordance with applicable regulations. ... * Minimum 1 year of experience.
