Main responsibilities: * Conduct guided tours for school groups, tourists, and the general public. * Adapt the presentation according to the group profile (age, interests, knowledge level). * Explain permanent and temporary exhibitions in a rigorous and engaging manner. * Address visitor inquiries and answer questions politely and professionally. * Manage internal visit software (inquiries, offers, monthly statistics, etc.). Experience as a guide, museum educator, or in similar environments will be valued. Experience in public service (children, families, tourists, etc.) will be an advantage. Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages will be valued (especially French).
