




Job Summary: Technical coordinator for the Balaguer SAD, responsible for coordination and planning of services, quality assessment, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident management and preparation of social reports We are seeking a technical coordinator for the Balaguer SAD. The person appointed to this position will coordinate and plan services for users and family workers, assess and monitor the quality of services provided, and ensure smooth execution of other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the service. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating all SAD staff (family workers and cleaning assistants). - Scheduling home visits to introduce users to their assigned family worker or cleaning assistant. - Reviewing service agreements and verifying compliance with protocols and service provisions for each user, followed by subsequent evaluation. - Identifying service incidents. - Resolving technical incidents. - Monitoring working hours, attendance records, and absences for all SAD staff. - Managing incidents and preparing social reports. - Performing any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the service. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the sector. * University degree. * Personal vehicle required: car. * Driving license: B. * Temporary employment contract (6 months). * Full-time schedule. * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1400' to '1800'. * Additional information: Temporary contract to cover long-term sick leave (IT).
