




RECRUITMENT OF A PSYCHOLOGIST FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT SERVICE Work location: --> REUS Working hours: --> 21 HOURS/WEEK REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s or licentiate degree in psychology. - Immediate availability to start. We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, flexible, and motivated individual. Experience working with people at risk of social exclusion will be valued, with a minimum of 12 months. Theoretical and practical knowledge in conducting and monitoring individual psychological assessments of service users, as well as expertise in motivational work, self-esteem, conflict management, health, etc., will also be valued. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle will be valued. - Conduct psychological diagnosis. - Carry out the initial intake of future service users together with the rest of the technical team. - Assess users’ capacities, skills, deficits, and limitations. - Deliver individual, group, and family psychological interventions. - Develop, monitor, and evaluate the Individual Integration and Inclusion Plan (PRIIL) and related documents in collaboration with the rest of the service team, and assume responsibility for their safekeeping. - Provide ongoing psychological follow-up for service users. - Prepare training materials and deliver training modules, where applicable. - Design and evaluate service programs and activities (including follow-up records), in coordination with the service coordinator. - Advise and support service technicians and direct-care teams. - Coordinate with the rest of the team to manage proposed activities. - Conduct periodic coordination meetings with the team. - Coordinate with outpatient and hospital mental health services and other relevant services. - Participate in drafting service reports, evaluations, operating protocols, ISO documentation, etc. - Perform any other duties arising from the evolution of the Pre-employment Service (SPL). * Experience: 1 year.
