Therefore, we seek to hire a **Production Manager**: a person with leadership skills, **operational vision and technical capability**, who wishes to join a solid, stable project offering genuine professional development opportunities. **YOUR MISSION** You will be responsible for **leading the packaging and labeling area**, ensuring our products reach customers meeting the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety. You will play a key role in production planning, team coordination, and continuous process improvement. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Plan and supervise daily production activities within the packaging area. * Coordinate the proper operation of bottling, labeling, and boxing lines. * Manage format changes, product references, and packaging types according to orders and customer requirements. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. * Lead, organize, and motivate the production team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment. * Report to Technical Management and propose improvements to processes and performance. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** We seek a candidate with **industrial experience**, a practical mindset, and operational leadership ability.
