Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at a day center, working on the integration of people with intellectual disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion. Key Points: 1. Social integration of people with intellectual disabilities 2. Design and implementation of occupational intervention programs 3. Promotion of personal autonomy and daily activities Fundació Privada Ilersis is a non-profit social entity with over 40 years of history in Lleida. It works toward the integration of people with intellectual disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion, focusing on the Social and Employment areas. We are looking for an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join the team of our Day Center. Main Responsibilities: \- Assess functional capacities and needs of service users. \- Design and implement individualized occupational intervention programs. \- Enhance personal autonomy and activities of daily living. \- Participate in the development and follow-up of Individual Plans. \- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. \- Conduct therapeutic, rehabilitative, and community-based activities. \- Prepare monitoring records and reports. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum one year of experience in the same or similar position. Experience in the field of intellectual disability, mental health, and care for people will be valued. Teamwork skills, initiative, and interpersonal abilities. * Occupational Therapy * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Competencies / knowledge: Strong communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; proactivity; organization and responsibility. * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time (15 hours \- weekly schedule) * Additional information of interest: Part-time (15 hours/week).
