**About the role** The technician is responsible for the maintenance activities defined in production / work unit. The technician maintains machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concepts. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using the DDS approach and root cause analysis. If this sounds like you, we would love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Serves as a role model for safety. * Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technology within their area of responsibility. * Works towards zero breaks and a zero-stop mentality, while reducing maintenance costs, including reducing working capital for spare parts inventory. * Specifically oversees maintenance actions such as breakdowns, and maintains a strong service department mindset toward operations/other departments. * Works with standards and ensures team compliance (safety, quality, CL, CIL, etc.) and guarantees availability of standard technical documentation. * Works safely with expert maintenance tools (SAP\-PM, SOP'S) and trains teams. * Conducts high-quality root cause analyses for technical and process issues. * Supports, suggests, and implements improvements (e.g., safety, technology, processes) and ensures legal compliance in maintenance tasks. **Who You Are** Higher vocational training degree in electricity, electronics or mechatronics Action-oriented Customer focus Functional / technical skills Interpretation of electrical and pneumatic diagrams Integrity and trust in peer relationships Day-to-day learning Problem solving Self\-awareness Time management Industrial environment experience valued Office software (word and excel) Maintenance management software SAP Experience with preventive diagnostic tools Experience handling PLCs **Additional Information** Rotating shifts. 5th Shift.
