**What will you do in this role?**
As an Administrative Technician for Tenders, you will join the Tenders and Studies Department, playing a key role in managing documentation and tracking public procurement processes.
**Your main responsibilities will be:**
✅ Managing notifications and requirements related to public tenders.
✅ Preparing and submitting administrative documentation for bids electronically.
✅ Monitoring ongoing tender files.
✅ Managing bank guarantees and other securities associated with contracts.
**Essential Requirements**
✔ Minimum of one year’s experience.
✔ Catalan language proficiency, essential for document management.
✔ Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or equivalent qualification.
**We will positively consider**
✔ Experience in administrative procedures within the construction sector.
✔ Knowledge of preparing bids for public tenders.
✔ Proficiency with document management tools.
