In APRODISCA's food industry division, we are seeking a person to oversee the food preparation and elaboration process for catering events and/or specific days at our restaurants. Tasks to be carried out will include: \- Collaborating with the kitchen’s proper functioning under the supervision of the head of the food industry department. \- Preparing and completing specific dishes as directed by the supervisor of the section in which the person works. \- Participating in the control of supply, conservation, and storage of goods. \- Assisting with orders and conservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen. \- Monitoring and ensuring proper conservation and optimal use of products assigned to the person. \- Following hygienic and quality control measures established by the supervisor. * Experience: 2 months. Experience as a kitchen assistant. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION (FP) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Office software proficiency \- Organization and planning skills \- Cleanliness and orderliness \- Ability to work in a team * Availability of personal vehicle * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time schedule (8 hours per day) * Additional relevant information: \- Temporary hiring for sporadic days \- Start date according to operational needs \- May be scheduled on weekends or weekdays (depending on individual availability)
