Job Summary: We are seeking a Body Painter – First-Class Technician to carry out vehicle preparation, painting, and finishing tasks, ensuring high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform vehicle preparation, painting, and finishing for multiple brands. 2. Paint application and spectrophotometer operation. 3. Automotive training and dealership experience are valued. At Mariela Gallo HR Consulting, we are selecting a Body Painter – First-Class Technician for an official multi-brand dealership. The selected candidate will be responsible for vehicle preparation, painting, and finishing tasks, ensuring high quality standards and adherence to established deadlines. • Surface preparation (sanding, filling, priming, masking). • Paint application (two-layer base, three-layer base, clear coats, etc.). • Color matching and spectrophotometer operation. • Polishing, gloss enhancement, and final finishing. • Repair of minor paint defects. • Maintenance and cleaning of workstation and tools. • Compliance with safety and quality regulations. * 4 years’ experience. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience as a body painter (First-Class Technician). • Training in automotive technology, bodywork and painting, or related field. • Knowledge of modern painting techniques and products. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and quality orientation. • Dealership experience is valued. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Driving license: b\+e * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '1750' to '1800' * Additional information of interest: We offer: • Stable employment contract • Intensive working schedule Monday to Friday • Working hours: 07:00 to 15:00 • Positive work environment • Job stability within an established company.
