RESIDÈNCIA SANT ROC OFFERS A JOB POSITION TO BECOME PART OF THE CENTER'S MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM. • Design, implement and evaluate the annual program of sociocultural and educational activities in accordance with the center's general objectives. • Adapt the activity program according to the Interdisciplinary Individual Care Plan (PIAI). • Provide strategies and tools that facilitate interpersonal relationships and communication to enhance the development and maintenance of skills necessary for daily living activities and quality of life, in collaboration with the rest of the team. • Ensure interaction among assisted individuals and their environment, respecting relational customs and cultural diversity of those served. • Involve families and reference persons (friends, neighbors, etc.) in the center's dynamics through the sociocultural and educational program. • Jointly with the occupational therapist, define, create and adapt the activities and materials necessary to carry out the center’s socioeducational program, to contribute to maintaining individual capacities. • Know and establish relationships with organizations, associations, schools, leisure entities, groups, and other residences in the municipality or region to propose interaction dynamics with external resources and promote the center's activities. • Promote participation of service users in sociocultural and educational activities within the community where the center is located, to maintain and strengthen their socialization and integration. • Ensure interaction of service users with their immediate environment through meaningful objects. • Develop and monitor the center's volunteer program in collaboration with the social work graduate professional. • Train and coordinate the center's team of volunteers. • Promote awareness and involvement of other professionals in the center's sociocultural and educational program. • Coordinate and support group activities promoted by other center professionals. • Participate with the team in developing the Interdisciplinary Individual Care Plan (PIAI), jointly establishing agreed-upon goals with the service user or their reference person, ensuring alignment with each individual's interests, abilities, and skills while respecting their idiosyncrasy, autonomy, dignity, and right to privacy. • Participate in the development and periodic review of care protocols in the field of social education. • Participate in the preparation of the center’s annual activity report and other studies and projects, providing data relevant to their area of responsibility. • Develop and participate in research, teaching, management, and investigation projects in the field of social education. * Experience: 1 month.
