




We are selecting an administrative staff member for a heritage sector company located in Barcelona. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Monitor notifications received from organizations such as the commercial registry, tax agency, and municipalities. * Handle notarial deeds, and control and manage minutes of Board of Directors meetings. * Provide support in administrative accounting tasks, such as monitoring payments, for example. Full-time 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, split shift between 09:00 and 18:30, with breaks established by law. * Experience in administrative tasks, especially managing notifications from public agencies. * We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual. * Living near the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. Vocational training (FP/GM) in Administration or higher.
