We are seeking a Site Manager for construction projects, responsible for planning, team leadership, and overall project management, aiming for optimization and profitability.

This position is located within the Construction division, which promotes and builds residential real estate projects. It also has extensive experience in unique constructions such as healthcare, educational and sports facilities, hotels, and parking structures.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
* Study and analyze project modifications, seeking to maximize project profitability through improvements and resource optimization—either by proposing more advantageous technical solutions or by reducing final costs—while always meeting client expectations.
* Plan, organize, and lead work teams, as well as manage procurement of equipment and resources (with short- and medium-term vision), to ensure project execution within the agreed timeframe and quality standards, achieving maximum profitability.
* Perform commercial functions, focusing on the client and their needs, and negotiate technical and administrative aspects of the project with the Technical Management and/or Owner.
* Organize documentation management for the project across all dimensions: technical, administrative, quality, and occupational risk prevention, complying with internal company procedures.
* Ensure compliance with existing regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental Protection.
* Provide support to the manager in any required areas.
**What would we like you to bring?**
* University degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works, Technical Architecture, or Building Surveying.
* Minimum 3\-4 years’ experience as a Site Manager in construction, ideally managing large-scale projects.
* Knowledge and experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Presto, GIS…).
* Strong organizational, planning, and management skills; leadership and people management capabilities.
