Dynamic environment where maintenance is critical to production We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician who wants to work in a plant with diverse production processes and high technical demands. Candidate profile we seek: • Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electricity or similar. • Prior experience in industrial maintenance (valued). • Practical knowledge of mechanics and electricity. • Problem-solving, responsible individual with a positive attitude. • Ability to work in a team and under pressure when production requires it. • Attitude and willingness to learn are valued more than a perfect CV. Main Responsibilities: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of general and industrial facilities. • Monitoring proper electrical operation (lighting, distribution boards, general services). • Inspection, disassembly, cleaning, and repair of industrial machinery (kettles, boilers, washing lines, refrigeration equipment, etc.). • Minimize production downtime through proactive maintenance. • Record-keeping and self-checks required for the position. • Supervision of external maintenance companies. • Contact with area suppliers as directed by the supervisor. * Experience: 18 months. We seek a candidate with solid experience in electromechanical maintenance within the food industry. You will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance on our production lines, including inspection of electrical panels, technical welding tasks, and support in general facility maintenance. Additionally, you will handle sharpening and adjustment of machine tools, always ensuring strict compliance with current safety and hygiene regulations. * Higher Vocational Training (FP) Qualification * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: basic, written: basic) * Competencies / Knowledge: We seek an organized individual with excellent communication skills, fully oriented toward achieving objectives.
